Ghost Hunter
Find shoppers back on your website that nobody on your team has reached since, and give your BDC a call sheet with a reason to call each one.
Version 2.0 ยท Sep 18, 2026
The problem
Call lists usually get built from lead age. The shoppers most worth calling are the ones on your site right now that nobody has reached since: leads marked lost or dead, leads that went quiet, and active leads whose last visit came after the last human touch. Ghost Hunter finds them, checks every fact against your raw CRM and website data, and writes a reason to call built from what the customer told you.
What you get back
An Excel file, one tab, ranked HOT then WARM.
Name, phone, email, assigned rep, CRM status, and call, text and email consent.
The vehicle and price, plus alternatives if it sold.
A one-line reason, the situation, and a tip for the rep.
An opener built from what the customer told you, never from what they clicked.
Who was checked, who was left off and why, and anyone who still needs a follow-up.
How it works
It finds shoppers back on your site since the last time a person on your team reached them.
It checks each one against raw CRM and website data. Anyone it can't verify comes off the list.
It reads each conversation, checks the vehicles, ranks shoppers HOT or WARM and writes talk tracks. You see the shortlist.
You say go. It checks consent for each shopper and builds the call sheet.
Example output
| Priority | Shopper | What they want | Why call today |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 HOT | Jordan Reyes | 2024 Tacoma TRD, $38,995, in stock | Asked about trade value in June. Nobody followed up. |
| 2 WARM | Sam Patel | 2025 RAV4 XLE (sold). Two in-stock XLEs. | The car they asked about sold. Similar ones are here. |
Try this first
Who did we lose at [your store] that's back on the website?
Claude says it's acting as a BDC manager and shows a shortlist.
More questions to ask
- Any dead leads shopping again?
- Who's on the site that nobody has called?
- Give me my comeback list
Good to know
- Runs in two turns. You say go before consent is checked and the sheet is built.
- Works up to 20 shoppers at a time and offers the next 20 if there are more.
- It reads your data and recommends. It never changes a CRM record.
- Consent marked unknown follows your store's policy. It isn't permission.
Test before you rely on it
Have one BDC agent work the first sheet and tell you what was wrong.
