The problem

The numbers you want are in Foureyes, but standard reports don't always slice them the way you ask. Report Builder takes a plain question, shows you a plan, runs it, and gives you a designed page you can keep refining.

What you get back

A plan first

The stores, what each metric means, the time window, the breakdown and the charts, for you to approve.

The report page

Charts picked to fit the question, with the base for every rate stated.

Your brand

Foureyes branding by default, or your logo and colors from an upload or your website.

Refine

Ask for changes and it updates the page.

Good to know

  • Some metrics, like response time, depend on what your CRM sends.
  • Times like response time are shown as a median, so a few very late leads don't skew them.
